Singleton C.E. Primary School is a happy and caring community in which good manners, excellent behaviour and a desire to continuously improve and learn are expected from everybody. We are a Church of England School teaching Christian values and beliefs. We also promote awareness and tolerance of, and respect for other religions and cultures.

The children are grouped into three mixed age, mixed ability classes, grouped as below:

Five teachers share the teaching of these classes. Within each class, the children usually work in groups or individually, according to each child’s level of ability. The school has skilled classroom assistants who help with individual or group activities to support the class teachers.
The school has a high ratio of adults to pupils which enhances the education of children.
